Still Photography Service Details

• The one time price for still photos of your listing has no photo cap limits.
• Average number of photos is about 1.2 pictures per 100 sqft.
• Included is uploading the images to one MLS at no charge at your discretion.
• You get 650x450px 72DPI optimized for MLS or for Email Attachments and 1500×1000 72DPI for your websites and printing 4×5 sized images on a flier.
• Print resolution files are by request. Please email me after delivery which images you will need.
• My MLS Sized images will be sharper, brighter, cleaner than any other images on the MLS. Even from my competition!
• The Web size images can quickly be sent to your clients and post to your own web site.
• All photos are adjusted for lighting, white balance, color, contrast, vertical alignment, noise, sharpness, corrected optics caused by lens aberration, vignettes and any lens distortion.
• All photos can be uploaded to MLS, Realtor.com, your website and the property website. Ask me about assistance with any of this. I am glad to help.
• Due to extreme lighting conditions, some views may have overexposed or underexposed areas. I will attempt to eliminate this possibility whenever possible.

These are printed double sided on corrugated plastic for great weather durability. Their are holes on the top and bottom for convenient hanging. They measure 24″x6″.

Can the tour URL be branded to my own domain with a custom color scheme not like anyone elses?
