I take pride in personally meeting all the requirements of every client, adding input gained from my experience to ensure a truly satisfactory outcome.

Our Virtual Tours are 100% FULL SCREEN capable. We use Adobe Flash technology for the broadest user application for our content. Over 93% of our tour visitors require no plug ins or downloads to play our tours. We provide simple instructions on how to update or install flash in our tour player.
Still Photography Service Details
- Our cost is for Unlimited Still Photos of your Listing
- I provide EVERY listing with 300DPI images for Print, 72DPI for Web sites or for Email Attachments and Ventura County MLS optimized photos.
- My MLS Sized images will be sharper, brighter, cleaner than any other images on the MLS. Even from my competition!
- The Web size or Email Attachment sized images can quickly be sent to your clients and post to your own web site.
- All photos are adjusted for Lighting, Color, Contrast, Geometry, Noise, Sharpness, corrected optics caused by lens aberration, Vignettes and any lens distortion.
- All photos can be Uploaded to MLS, Realtor.com, your Property Site.
- Due to extreme lighting conditions, some views may have overexposed or underexposed areas. I will attempt to eliminate this possibility whenever possible.

The photographs taken by Chad Jones are licensed to the agent for a one-time, non-exclusive commercial use for the marketing of the given property under contract. Images may be used in any manner related only to the sale of the given property under the agent who originally purchased the services.. The photos may no longer be used, license transfered in anyway after the close of escrow for that given property without the permission of the photographer. Any other use is subject to additional licensing fees. All images are owned and copyrighted by Chad Jones, Photographer.
