This is the first time I have had the opportunity to use Chad to do my marketing material for a listing. I was very impressed with the outcome of my photos and virtual tour. When shooting the tour, there was a dresser and an unsightly water hose which was in one of the scenes. Chad was able to ‘stitch’ these items out of the picture creating a seamless, clean and much more appealing look. I was very impressed with the way it came out. The photos which Chad took of the home turned out MUCH better than what I could have captured. He was able to angle the camera to give the shot an impressive view of the rooms.
