Gold Coast Real Tours Service Policy
Virtual Tour Order Completion Timeline
1. Upon receipt of the email confirmation indicating that a virtual tour order has been successfully submitted, a Gold Coast Real Tour photographer will make contact with the client within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to schedule the virtual tour shoot and to determine what interior rooms (and/or exterior areas) are to be photographed.
2. Once the virtual tour has been shot, the photographs will be posted to our pre-determined website(s) within three business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Notwithstanding the foregoing, every effort will be made to post photographs within a 72-business hour period.
3. As soon as a virtual tour media has been completed, the client will receive notification of such by email. A URL link enabling instant access to the virtual tour will be included with this email.
4. If the client does not receive a "completion of virtual tour order" email by the three-business day deadline as defined above, please contact the Gold Coast Real Tour customer service department at 805.212.3295 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday, or you may reply by email to: marketing@californiarealty.com
Cancellation, No Show, Reschedule, Retake, Inclement Weather Policy
1. If the property has been sold and Gold Coast Real Tours is provided with proof of such sale more than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot, the cancellation fee will be waived.
2. Any virtual tour order cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled shoot will incur a $25.00 fee. Any virtual tour order cancellation must be made through the Virtual Tour coordinator or by contacting the Gold Coast Real Tours customer service department at 1.805.212.3295 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 PST, Monday through Friday.
3. An additional drive charge fee will apply for orders outside our regular marketing areas. Contact us for areas that may be outside of the normal coverage area.
4. Either the client, an authorized representative appointed by the client, or the homeowner may attend the shoot. If the photographer arrives at the property and a designated person is not in attendance by the appointed time, a $35.00 no-show fee will be charged. If the designated person is unable to attend the shoot, and the photographer is granted permission to enter the property, the decision to complete the shoot will be at the photographer's sole discretion. If the photographer elects not to shoot the property, this decision will be binding and has been made based on safety and liability concerns. The $35.00 no-show fee will apply in this case. The appointment may be rescheduled for a later date.
5. To reschedule a virtual tour shoot, contact the Virtual Tour coordinator or the Gold Coast Real Tour customer service department at 1.805.212.3295 between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 PST, Monday through Friday, no less than 24 hours in advance of the original appointment.
6. If the appearance of any photograph is unsatisfactory, Gold Coast Real Tours will review it to determine whether a retake is necessary and who will incur the expense of the retake. Gold Coast Real Tours reserves the right to have the final decision on such retake requests. Retakes based on issues other than photo quality are subject to an additional $35.00 fee if the client was not present at the original shoot. Retakes necessary due to quality issues clearly resulting from incorrect camera settings will be retaken at no additional cost. If the client does not personally attend the shoot, this will prevent client’s ability to provide artistic input and will void the right to request retakes for reasons other than quality issues at no additional charge. If however, you request additional photographs or services for seasonal changes, or night shoots, or just additional images, then an additional $35 fee will apply.
7. Because of safety and liability issues, scheduled shoots may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather at the photographer’s sole discretion. If the shoot is unable to be rescheduled, there will be no charge for the cancellation.
8. Clients of Gold Coast Real Tours are responsible for the following when the home is photographed: Making sure the property is available; making sure the property is photo ready and clean. If the property is not ready for photography, agent may choose to cancel photography for a $10 fee, but a re-shoot or not ready fee of $25 will apply. If the Photographer arrives at the property and it is untidy, the Photographer will not declare the property not photo ready, but will shoot the property. If the client is not pleased with the photos because of the unreadiness of the property for photography and would like to have the property re-shot, re-shoot and travel fees will apply in the amount of $35.
9. In order to keep the Virtual Tours in "top-notch" condition, high levels of expectation exist for the quality of information posted on our websites. We reserve the right to modify, edit or decline to activate any photographs of the property should they not meet our standards of quality. We encourage you to update your listings with the correct listing price and alert us to remove the tour from our website once it has sold.
10. Gold Coast Real Tours, nor its independently contracted distributors, is not responsible for damages, delays or failures in performance resulting from acts or occurrences beyond our reasonable control such as acts of God, weather, or other uncontrollable conditions that prohibit services from being rendered as promised. (Hurricanes, Tornadoes, Earthquakes, Acts of Terrorism, etc.)
11. The terms and conditions are the sole understanding between Gold Coast Real Tours and the client.
12. No other terms or conditions apply unless specified by contract.
13. These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. Please check this document frequently for changes. |
